Sephora Delayed Delivery, Lasting For 8 Days!!!
ordered something on June 1st and still hasn't arrived, even though it's already June 8th. How come it took 8 whole days for my package to be shipped?...
I still haven't gotten the order, so it will be hard for me to follow up. When I called to tell you about the problem, all I got was a canned answer about how to track my order. I already know how to keep track of an order, but that's not the issue here. The tracking number for the package doesn't show that it has been "delivered," and I haven't gotten it yet. Instead of just telling me to check the tracking information, which I've already done several times, I need help seeing where my package is. I'd appreciate it if you could look into this further and help me figure this out.
