WeTransfer Ultimate Subscription Cannot Be Canceled Due to System Error
Today, when I tried to cancel my WeTransfer Ultimate plan membership through the application, the system continuously displayed the following error message: “It looks like something went wrong and we could not cancel your subscription, please try again later.” Because of this error, the cancellation process never completes successfully. My subscription was originally purchased through the App Store using my credit card.
In order to solve the issue, I tried canceling the subscription both through the application itself and through the website, but every attempt resulted in the exact same error message. In addition, I could not find any direct customer support channel or clear contact information where I could reach WeTransfer for assistance. I also encountered a website requesting my credit card information, but since it did not appear trustworthy, I did not want to share my financial details there.
I request that my WeTransfer Ultimate plan membership be canceled immediately without requiring any additional action, payment, or charge from me, and that the successful cancellation be clearly confirmed to me in writing.
