Western Union Money Transfer Error

On June 24, 2024, I transferred ₺7000 to Kazakhstan. Today, on June 27, 2024, the payment was received. Even though they took out the sending fee from my account, the recipient also had some money deducted on their end. They were supposed to get 99300 tenge, but they only ended up with around 90300 tenge. I didn't receive the 9000 tenge. Why do you charge a sending fee, but then deduct even more?
