Missing Funds After 20 Days—No Help from Western Union or Local Agents

On July 8, 2024, I received $500 via Western Union from Kuwait with MTCN code 773-945-14. I initially went to Trabzon Merkez PTT, where they said they had no dollars available. Then I went to Ziraat Bank, which reported the transaction as pending. Returning to PTT, they indicated the money had been withdrawn. I contacted Western Union, and they confirmed that I hadn't withdrawn the funds. Over 20 days have passed, and I still haven’t received any documentation about where the money went or who withdrew it. Despite contacting Western Union, I’ve received no assistance. The $500 is missing, and none of the three involved parties—PTT, Ziraat Bank, or Western Union—can provide a resolution.
