On July 8, 2024, I received $500 via Western Union from Kuwait with MTCN code 773-945-14. I initially went to Trabzon Me...rkez PTT, where they said they had no dollars available. Then I went to Ziraat Bank, which reported the transaction as pending. Returning to PTT, they indicated the money had been
