On March 13, 2024, money was wired to me from Saudi Arabia using Western Union in my name. When I tried to receive the cash using the MTCN code, I was told that they were on hold. Despite repeated contact with Western Union representatives, I was advised that the sender was also need to call Western Union to grant consent. The sender did call Western Union and provided all of the needed information, but the money has yet to reach me. The transfer tracking area still shows the payments as pending. In the most recent call, I was asked to email images of both the front and back of my ID, but the money has still to materialize, even after several days. What century do we live in? Why are you making us wait and causing us distress? My study reveals that many others are experiencing similar problems. This has to end. If there are security concerns, you must take action to address them without causing us harm. I urgently request that this issue be resolved immediately. Otherwise, I will file complaints with the appropriate authorities, both domestic and international. Please respond to me as soon as possible to resolve this situation.
