Western Union Money Transfer Failure

I sent money from Iraq to Turkey, but unfortunately, when I tried to receive it, İş Bank and Ziraat Bank were not functioning properly. It appears that the MTCN was utilized, but unfortunately, the funds did not successfully transfer to my account. When I reached out to İş Bank, they were unhelpful in assisting me. I contacted Western Union and filed a complaint, but unfortunately, they have not responded within the expected 20-day timeframe. I'm feeling really frustrated about my money situation. What should I do?
