WePlay In-App Purchase Fails With Error 20022

On January 10, 2026, I made an in-app purchase on WePlay and paid $16 USD. After the purchase, the gold was credited to my account, but I am completely unable to use it. When I try to send a gift, I receive a “gift sending error,” and when I try to buy an item, I get an “item drop failed (20022)” error.

This issue has not been resolved since day one, and I have been unable to use the gold from the moment it was purchased. I contacted the in-game help center, but I have received no response, and my problem remains unresolved.

Because I cannot use the gold I paid for, I request a full refund of the $16 USD charged to me.
