I Can’t Use My Gold or Send Gifts on WePlay—Please Fix This Issue

I’m currently experiencing a frustrating issue on WePlay—I’m completely unable to use my gold. I can’t send gifts to others or even to myself, despite having a balance available. I haven’t done anything that should restrict my account, yet for some reason, the gold is locked and unusable.

This is seriously affecting my ability to enjoy the game, which I normally play with enthusiasm. I haven’t received any warning, error message, or explanation for why my gold usage is disabled. It feels like a system error, and I would really appreciate it if someone from the support team could step in and resolve this as soon as possible.

Please review my account and restore my ability to send and use gold. I love the platform and just want to get back to enjoying it without these unnecessary restrictions. Thank you in advance to anyone who helps.
