Weplay Charged Me for In-Game Gold but Never Delivered It

I am now requesting a solution to an issue I have been experiencing in the Weplay game for a long time. Approximately 1.5 to 2 years ago, I purchased gold within the game. The payment was successfully charged to my card, but the gold I purchased was never added to my account. On top of that, my in-game account showed a negative balance, and that negative balance is still there.
After this issue occurred, I contacted Weplay through the in-app support system, but I did not receive any meaningful assistance and my problem was never resolved. Despite paying for the purchase, I neither received the gold nor had my negative account balance corrected. In addition, the Ferris wheel feature I used in the game was disabled, and I can no longer use this feature on the account I actively play on.
My request from Weplay is that the gold I paid for but never received be credited to my current account, that my negative account balance be corrected, and that my Ferris wheel feature be reactivated. I want this issue and the inconvenience I’ve experienced to be resolved as soon as possible.
