I Sent Money to WePlay but Didn’t Receive Gold or a Refund—Where Is My Money?

I transferred money to WePlay expecting to receive in-game gold, but nothing was added to my account. I waited, refreshed, checked again—still no gold. On top of that, no refund was sent to my bank account either. So now I’m left with no gold and no money, and I’m getting absolutely no explanation.

This is unacceptable. If my payment didn’t go through properly, then refund the ₺ I sent immediately. If it did, then where is the in-game currency I paid for? Either way, I deserve a resolution—not silence.

WePlay, fix this now. Give me the gold I paid for or return my money. Don’t ignore your users and hope they’ll just give up. I want answers and my funds back—urgently.
