Cannot Send Gift Due To Error Message on WePlay

I have been experiencing an ongoing problem on the WePlay iOS app on my iPhone for over a month. When I try to send gifts, the system does not deduct or use my gold as it should, so I cannot properly send gifts despite having gold in my account. My WePlay account details are as follows: username/ID: tedfrank*** and email: tomatoc****@gmail.com. This issue has been continuing for a long time and is affecting how I use the app and interact on the platform. I kindly request that this problem with gold deduction during gift sending be identified and fixed as soon as possible so that I can use my gold normally again.
