I Face Unfair Device Ban on Weplay Premium Chat and Lost ₺2,000 In-Game Balance

While playing in the Premium Chat room on the Weplay platform, I was subjected to repeated insults and threats from certain users. When I asked why this was happening, they threatened to ban me, and shortly after, they issued a device ban that completely closed my account. My account had approximately ₺2,000 worth of in-game currency and an active Premium Chat room, all of which were taken from me instantly.

This is not the first time these same individuals have targeted me, but this time the damage is far greater. I contacted Weplay customer service immediately, but no solution or meaningful support was offered. My account ID is 22759970.

I am requesting the immediate removal of the unjust device ban on my account, the restoration of my Premium Chat access, and compensation for both my financial and non-financial losses. I expect Weplay to address this matter urgently and prevent such abuse from recurring.
