WePlay Permanently Banned My Device Without Reason — Request Refund

I’ve been using the WePlay mobile app and have successfully made payments up to VIP level 5 without any issues. However, about one month ago, my device was permanently banned without any explanation or reason provided. Despite requesting clarification from support, no valid reason was given. My account is registered with the email address b**@musayildirim.com.tr**.
Before the ban, I had invested approximately ₺150,000 into the app. When I contacted WePlay customer service, I was told that the ban would not be lifted and that no evidence or justification would be shared with me. This is the first time I’ve encountered such a situation, and it has caused me significant frustration and financial loss.
I expect either the permanent ban to be lifted or a full refund of the money I have spent on the platform. I request a clear explanation and a fair resolution to this issue.
