Please help—I was just about to deposit money into my WePlay account when it suddenly got permanently banned without warning. This wasn’t fair at all. Another user insulted me with profanity, and when I responded, only my account got banned, while theirs is still active.
This isn’t the first time either. My first account was also permanently closed, even though I had already invested ₺1000 into it. I didn’t even get a chance to defend myself. Now my second account, which I was about to fund, has also been banned out of nowhere.
I feel completely wronged and ignored. I’m asking WePlay to review my ban immediately and reactivate my account, especially since I’m a paying, engaged user. Please take action to fix this injustice and stop penalizing users without proper investigation.
