For the past two days, I have been receiving threatening messages on the Weplay app from another user who claims to have access to my personal information. These messages have left me extremely uncomfortable and worried about my safety and data security.
My account user number is 26462774. The threats are coming from a user with the ID 548237. Despite the seriousness of this issue, I have been unable to reach Weplay customer support, and so far I have received no assistance or guidance on how to protect my account.
This type of harassment is unacceptable, especially when it involves sensitive personal data. I demand that Weplay:
Immediately identify and permanently ban the threatening user,
Implement stronger security measures to protect my account,
Provide urgent support and ensure that my personal information is safe.
If this matter is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to escalate it to the relevant authorities for investigation. Users should not be left vulnerable to threats on your platform.
