Weplay Unfair Device Ban Despite Being Victim of Harassment and Reporting With Proof
On September 9 at 1:21 AM, while using the Weplay platform on my Android device as a chat room manager, I was subjected to extremely abusive and offensive attacks from users I had removed from my room. Even though I reported these messages with clear evidence, no action was taken against the offending accounts. The same person later re-entered my room using another account and continued insulting and harassing me, and again I reported the behavior, but still no action was taken. Despite never responding to these insults and submitting all proof, I ultimately received a device ban instead. My account user ID is 82102484. I believe Weplay has acted unfairly by ignoring my reports and penalizing me instead of the actual offenders. This is not the first time I have been banned without clear reason, and I still do not understand why these bans keep happening. I am requesting that my device ban be lifted immediately and that my account be reviewed again so this unjust treatment can be corrected.
