I Can’t Access My Unbanned WePlay Account After Using Another Device Temporarily

My WePlay account with ID 51872*64 was previously banned, but it was later reinstated. While waiting for it to be reopened, I created a temporary secondary account and used it on a different device. Now that my original account has been unbanned, I’m trying to log back in—but I’m receiving an error message stating that the account is “linked to another phone” and access is denied.
This is extremely frustrating. I’m not trying to violate any rules—I just wanted to keep playing while my original account was inaccessible. Now, I can't regain access to the account that I rightfully own and that was already cleared of any bans.
I’m urgently requesting support from WePlay to resolve this issue. Please help me recover my main account and remove the device restriction preventing me from logging in. I’ve invested time and energy into that account and want to continue using it without further problems. I expect a prompt resolution and access restoration.
