WePlay Banned My Device Unfairly After Someone Shared My ID Without My Consent


I’m a regular, paying user of the WePlay app, and I’ve consistently loaded money into the platform. However, my account was recently device banned without any justification. After investigating, I realized another user had shared my ID code with others, which led to my account being flagged and banned.
This ban is completely unfair. I did nothing wrong, and now I’m locked out of an app I actively use and support financially. I’ve invested both time and money into WePlay, and being blocked like this—without a proper review or a chance to explain—is extremely frustrating.
I’m asking WePlay to lift the device ban immediately and restore my access. Please look into my case fairly and stop punishing loyal users for the irresponsible actions of others. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
