I Can’t Access My WePlay Account Despite Owning the Number and Getting SMS Codes

I can no longer access my WePlay account, even though the phone number linked to it is mine. Just yesterday, I logged in without any issues, but today, I’m completely locked out. When I try to log in, the app says the account is active on another device. I still receive the SMS verification codes, which proves the number is mine, yet after entering the code, the login fails.
This is extremely frustrating because the account is tied to my personal number and belongs to me—yet someone else appears to have unauthorized access. I have no way of logging in, using the app, or securing my account.
