Give Me My WePlay Account Back


I am writing regarding an unjust ban on my Weplay account on June 2, 2025, for so‑called “cheating gold.” I did not cheat or use any illegal method to obtain gold. The gold on my account came from our family shield badge in the family voice room. At the time of the ban, I was almost at Diamond 5 rank and I was inside a voice room when the app suddenly logged me out and I discovered that my account had been banned. Meanwhile, other players who are clearly cheating do not seem to be getting banned, which makes this situation feel very unfair. After the ban, I contacted Weplay support and asked for an investigation. I was told that there is “evidence,” but nothing was shown to me and I did not receive any prior warning or clear explanation about what I supposedly did wrong. I kindly request that you properly investigate my account again, clearly review that my gold came from the family shield badge in the family voice room, and provide a detailed explanation of the evidence you claim to have. I am asking for my account to be unbanned and for my rank and progress to be restored if no real cheating is found on my account.
