I Face Unjust Device Ban on WePlay That Locked Me Out of My Account and Friends
Out of nowhere, my WePlay account was permanently banned at the device level—without warning, without reason, and without explanation. I don’t even know what triggered it. One moment I was logged in and playing, and the next, I was completely locked out of my account with a “device ban” message.
I strongly believe this was a wrongful action. I have never used cheats, third-party tools, or violated the community guidelines. My account was linked to years of in-game progress and most importantly, to friends I now can’t contact at all due to the ban.
I’m asking the WePlay team to please review this case and lift the ban. This account matters to me deeply. If a mistake was made, I trust WePlay will correct it. Please reinstate my access and allow me to reconnect with my friends.
