WePlay Banned My Device Without Proof and Support Still Hasn’t Helped Me

While I was playing on WePlay, another user reported me and I suddenly received a device ban. I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times, but I still haven’t received a proper or helpful response. I’ve been completely locked out of the game, and my device is banned for no valid reason.

I’ve never used inappropriate language or violated any rules. I’ve always played respectfully, both in this account and in my previous account from last year. This new account was just getting started when this unfair ban happened. What’s worse is that the ban was placed without any voice or screen recording as proof. Apparently, players can now just report you and get you banned without evidence.

I’m asking the WePlay team to review this case immediately and lift the device ban. This kind of action without a thorough investigation is unjust. I’ve been a loyal player, and I deserve fair treatment. Please restore my access so I can enjoy the game again without being unfairly punished.
