I Got Unfairly Banned on WePlay After False Sexual Accusation from Another User

My WePlay account and the phone number linked to it were suddenly banned, and I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency and fairness in how the situation was handled. I understand the reason cited for the ban, but I want to emphasize that I was falsely accused and unjustly punished.

During an interaction with another user, they deleted their own messages and falsely accused me of inappropriate sexual conduct. Because they erased their part of the conversation, the evidence unfairly pointed to me, and now I’m paying the price for something I didn’t do.

I’ve submitted a support ticket, but I haven’t received any response yet. This silence is adding to my frustration. I’ve been wrongly blamed and banned without a proper investigation. I demand a full and fair review of my case, the removal of the ban, and the reinstatement of my account. WePlay must stop punishing users based on one-sided complaints and start verifying claims more carefully.
