Please  Unban My WePlay Account As Soon As Possible

I am a WePlay mobile app user from India, and my account was banned on 3 November. The message in the app says that my ID will be opened again on 5 January 2026, but I believe this ban is unfair, and I would like it to be reviewed and removed as soon as possible. The ban happened after I went to play Hudai Spy in a spy room. During the game, there was a boy abusing a girl, and after that situation, someone reported me instead of the person who was actually abusing. Because of this wrong report, my ID has been banned even though it was not my fault, and I did not abuse anyone. I have already tried to contact WePlay customer support about this issue, but I have not received any reply so far. I am very disappointed that I am being punished for behavior I did not commit, and I cannot use my own account to play. I kindly request that my case be urgently reviewed, the incorrect report against me be checked, and my WePlay ID be unbanned as soon as possible, without waiting until 5 January 2026, so that I can continue playing fairly on my own account.
