Weewell Blamed Me for Cracks and Leaks in My WHC650 Steam Machine Bought Recently
I purchased the Weewell brand whc650 steam machine on 07.11.2024 for ₺1279.20. On 08.11.2024, I wanted to try the product by dripping aromatic oils onto the relevant filter and putting water into the water reservoir to try the product. However, I detected that there were cracks in the product and water was leaking. On the same day, I took the product to the store and gave it. The authorities stated that they would send the product to Weewell's technical service, that the service would evaluate and make maintenance, repair or replacement. On 25.11.2024, we were informed that there was a flavor odor in the device that there were cracks in the device that these were user errors, and that maintenance would be done for a fee. It is written in the technical specifications of the device that aroma oils can be placed and we have not placed aroma oil anywhere except that the aroma oil is placed in the existing aroma reservoir. Weewell company evades its responsibility by reporting that the product we have never used is caused by a problem caused by our fault. We kindly request that our victimization be eliminated.
