Weewell Steam Machine Not Producing Any Steam

 few years ago, I bought a Weewell steam machine. When I opened the first product box, it did not produce steam. I sent it back and bought the same product again from another seller. The new product worked and I used it for a few months without any problems. Recently, the product suddenly started to shut down. I continued to use it without much problem, but after a while, it stopped producing steam at all. I sent the product to the warranty and after 10 days, I was contacted by e-mail. I was told that the power card, generator card and ceramic filter in my product would be replaced due to the hard water and that these products were not under warranty and that there was a fee of 1272 TL. If I did not accept, I was told that the repair would be sent to me at the buyer's expense. Since it would probably cost 400-500 shipping, they are using this as a threat. Let's get to the main issue: I have a central water purification system in my apartment and there is never any lime in my water :) When choosing this brand, do not forget that a threatening and unrealistic service process awaits you. I will never buy a single piece of garbage from this brand again. Total regret.
