Electrolux Washing Machine Stained Laundry Three Times and Still Not Replaced
I purchased an Electrolux washing machine via Trendyol in 2022. Just six months after the purchase, it started leaving black oil stains on white laundry. We reported the issue to the service center; they picked up the machine and replaced the drum, stating it was defective. The same problem occurred again eight months later, and the drum was replaced once more. On July 7, 2025, the issue resurfaced for a third time—a washable white machine mat came out heavily stained, as shown in the attached image. Since my warranty has expired, I was told only paid service is available. A durable consumer product failing the same way three times in such a short period clearly indicates it is defective. Moreover, both Electrolux customer service and the seller, egeizio, were extremely rude and unhelpful. We have initiated legal proceedings and filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Our conversation was abruptly ended with the remark, “It’s not our concern.” I will exercise all my legal rights to demand a replacement; I do not want to suffer further due to a defective product.
