False Readings from the Weewell Thermometer

Ever since I got it, I've only been able to use the device that's been back and forth to the technical service three times in a year. I recommend not selecting the Weewell thermometer without giving it more consideration! The tech service wrote "device replacement" on the form, but it's the same device!
Every time I contact Weewell, they tell me to send back the item I have an issue with. However, once I send it back, the technical service insists there is no problem with the device and returns it to me. If your company's technical service lacks authority, why are you bothering me?
It keeps messing up and doing the same measurement over and over. It feels like I just wasted my money. On top of everything, the technical service had the nerve to tell me to "read the user manual" as if I'm clueless!
