Vestel Delivered My Washing Machine with a Drum Malfunction That Still Persists
I bought a Vestel-SEG washing machine, but it arrived with a problem in the drum. Around a week later, I found out that the problem had been resolved after some careful testing, and the machine was given back to me after 2 days of testing. But right when I started using it again, the same issue popped up again. The tech support asked me to send the machine back again. Even though they say they've tested a lot, the issue is still there, and I've been handling this for 3 weeks now. I'm really frustrated by the constant hassle and the absence of a lasting fix. I'm really frustrated with this whole situation, and I just want a machine that works after everything I've been through.
