WeChat Account Locked Suspicious Activity

I am writing regarding a serious issue with my WeChat account (ID: leodahlgren), specifically the restriction that is preventing me from sending messages. About a day ago, I started seeing a message that my account had been restricted. At first, it said the account was blocked due to too many login attempts. Afterwards, I followed the on-screen instructions and even tried the “unblock with a friend” option when it stated that I could now remove the restriction, but every time it ended with “unblock unsuccessful.” I also tried to access an appeal or unblock page, but the page appears empty, so I have no way to submit an appeal or contact support directly from there. As far as I can tell, this seems to have been triggered by unusual account activity and appears to be a security-related action, but I have no way to clarify or resolve it. My expectation is that the restriction on my account will be lifted so that I can use messaging normally again, or at least that I will be provided with a clear way to verify my identity and remove the restriction. I kindly request that my account be reviewed, that the security block be removed if possible, and that I be given clear guidance on how to prevent this from happening again.
