Try opening WeChat and logging in if your account was unexpectedly locked.

A WeChat user who has been active for more than six months and hasn't recently helped others may also be needed to help you through WeChat Team > Account > Help Friend Log in.

If it doesn't work, visit https://help.wechat.com, choose your problem, and send in a feedback form along with screenshots, your WeChat ID, and your phone number.
