Unauthorized Charges From WCHAPP.COM Appeared on My NZ Bank Credit Card

I am writing to report multiple unauthorized charges made to my NZ Bank credit card by a merchant named wchapp.com. I did not purchase anything from this company, nor did I knowingly start any subscription or service with them. On 20 June, around 2:00 pm, an amount of 82 dollars was charged to my card. In addition to this, my card has also been charged several times before and/or after by wchapp.com, including 2 dollars once, 35 dollars twice, and 11 dollars, all without my knowledge or consent. I had no option to contact wchapp.com directly, so I am raising this issue through this complaint. I request a full refund of all amounts charged by wchapp.com to my NZ Bank credit card and that any current or possible future subscription or payment instruction to this merchant be cancelled and blocked. I also ask that these transactions be investigated as unauthorized so that similar issues do not occur again.
