Cancel Wish Subscription and Request Refund
I am writing regarding unauthorized subscription charges made by Wish on my credit card in Canada. On 14/02, an amount of 55$ was taken for a subscription, and on 17/02, an additional 66$ was charged without my authorization or consent. I did not approve any extra subscription or payment of 66$, and I consider this transaction to be unauthorized. I have already contacted customer service and was informed that I should submit my complaint here. I kindly request a full refund of the amounts charged, including both 55$ and 66$, and the complete cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my account and my credit card. I also ask that no further charges be made without my explicit consent. I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible and the refunded amounts to be returned to my original payment method.
