Wayfair Mattress Came Stained, Low-Quality
The mattress I received had two stains and was poor quality. Wayfair tried to schedule a return three times, but none worked. The first time, I didn’t get a confirmation number and no one came. The second time, the partner firm deleted the pickup due to an error by Wayfair but didn’t tell me. The third time, the form was still incorrect, and no one showed up despite my call to fix it. I left the mattress outside my door and waited three days, but no one came. I had to call Wayfair and courier multiple times, and they refused to give me a return address. Obviously Wayfair doesn’t know how to handle returns. Avoid this company. It's not a small stain either, one can't overlook, believe me!
