Vivense Delivered a Bed That Fell Apart and Injured My Child After Spending ₺200,000

I purchased a bed and frame and mattress from this company in late 2023, It took them over 2 months to deliver this to us, and it was the wrong bed and parts. We got the bed 3 months ago. My daughter went to get into bed last night and the bed frame fell to the floor onto her foot!!! My daughter is a 12-year-old child, so it was not because of weight. Broke foot!!!!!! I spent over ₺200,000 from this company within the year. Everything is so cheap and falling apart. Everything arrived late and they had no phone numbers to call for help. The delivery guys smoked in my home without even asking. I am beyond pissed off from this company!!!! I will review you every place I am able. They turned off comments on Facebook. They delete your post on IG because people are pissed!! Save yourself the headache from this so-called company!!!!!!
