I purchased a bed base, headboard, and mattress from Vivense. After waiting for three months, they finally delivered the order, but it was completely wrong and incomplete. Instead of the 150x200 size I ordered, they delivered an 80x200 mattress and left out the headboard. It's unbelievable how they managed to mess up this badly. Not only did they deliver the wrong size mattress, but they also left out a crucial component like the headboard. Now, trying to get in touch with them to exchange the incorrect items has been a nightmare. There's no one to talk to directly; they handle everything through an automated system. I'm incredibly frustrated with Vivense, and I won't be dealing with them again. I'll escalate the issue to the relevant authorities; they should deal with it for a change.
