Zara Bed Frame Order Nightmare – Multiple Charges, Missing Deliveries, No Refunds
I have been trying to purchase a bed frame from Zara for over a month and a half, and the experience has been a complete disaster. My first order included another small item, which was delivered. However, the bed frame was mysteriously canceled without any notice. I waited all that time for nothing, and no one even bothered to inform me.
I reordered, only to find out that the color was completely different from what was advertised. I requested a return and placed a third order for the correct color. This time, I waited nearly two weeks for the return pickup—no one showed up.
When I placed yet another order, only half of the bed frame arrived. The missing part was canceled without explanation. No one reached out, no attempt was made to resolve the issue, and I was left with an incomplete order.
Now, I have two large bed frames sitting in my house, waiting for pickup, yet Zara refuses to process my refunds because the returns have not been collected. Meanwhile, I have been charged four times for the same item! The delivery company claims they can't fit the items in their truck, and Zara support keeps giving vague responses without offering a real solution.
I am beyond frustrated. Zara, fix this immediately! Process my refunds, arrange for the returns to be collected, and stop charging my card for items that you failed to deliver properly. This is absolutely unacceptable!
Still no one calls, no one asks, no one picks up the packages!
