On April 9, 2023, I went to the Watsons store in Sefakoy Armoni Park and bought the wrong brand of mascara. I wanted to return it the same day without using it. But the store employees told me they couldn't give me a refund because the price of the product was high and they would have to send an email to the center. I waited for four days, but I didn't hear anything. When I called them today, they told me they can't take returns. The return policy at Watsons is very disappointing to me. I don't want this product, and I can't use the same right of withdrawal. They won't return anything, even if it hasn't been opened or used. I won't buy from this company again, and I'll be sure to warn others about how they handle returns. Please be careful when shopping from this company, they do not take returns.
