Garena Genii Account Recovery Fails Due to Missing OTP Code

I am experiencing a problem with my Genii account under Garena because I am not receiving the OTP (one-time password) code required to access or recover my account.
I attempt to receive the OTP code through my email address hasantasni****@gmail, but the code never arrives, which prevents me from completing the login or recovery process. Because the OTP is not being delivered, I am completely unable to log in to or recover my Genii account.
I have not been able to resolve this issue on my own, and I have not yet received any assistance because I have not found an effective way to fix the OTP delivery problem.
