Garena Genii Account Recovery Fails Due to Missing OTP Code

I am experiencing a problem with my Genii account under Garena because I am not receiving the OTP (one-time password) code required to access or recover my account.
I attempt to receive the OTP code through my email address hasantasni****@gmail, but the code never arrives, which prevents me from completing the login or recovery process. Because the OTP is not being delivered, I am completely unable to log in to or recover my Genii account.
I have not been able to resolve this issue on my own, and I have not yet received any assistance because I have not found an effective way to fix the OTP delivery problem.
I kindly request that you check my Genii account and the OTP delivery system associated with my email address hasantasnim****@gmail, help ensure that the OTP code is successfully sent, and restore my access to my account as soon as possible.


Please send the OTP and fix this issue.

My email account has been unsubscribed from the email where your messages are being sent. Now I am going to re-subscribe this email and please make a system so that I can receive OTP in my email again.
