I'm Unable to Cancel Watsons Online Order, Customer Service MIA!
I recently purchased from Watsons online, and now I find myself in a bit of a predicament. I've been trying to cancel my order, but it's been impossible to get in touch with their customer service, no matter how much effort I put into it. It's quite exasperating, particularly given the subpar design of their website. If I had been aware of the challenges involved in navigating and seeking assistance, I might have reconsidered my decision to make the purchase. I've made several attempts to reach out to their customer service number, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a solution. Unproductive. In addition, I've heard from others that the return process can be quite troublesome. What do you do then?
