I went to Watsons a few days before Eid al-Adha to buy L'Oreal Paris Infallible 24H Concealer. I had previously tried it live on my face via the L'Oreal Paris website and chosen the shade that best suited me. However, the sales consultant abruptly handed me a concealer that not only had no relation to my skin tone but also appeared to be open. When I went to pay for my items, I noticed the cashier had already opened it, so I asked for an exchange from the same lady. I asked again if this color would suit me, and she handed it to me firmly, insisting it was the right one. When I tried the concealer at home, it turned out to be extremely light and unusable. I will never shop at Watsons again, and I will warn everyone around me about my experience.
