Watsons Didn't Take Back The Concealer That Was Intact and Untouched

bought this concealer from Capacity Watsons, one of the employees actually suggested it to me and was like, "You gotta try this, it's amazing!"  of course, I had to get it. But, when I tried the product at home, realized that the shade was way too dark for my skin tone, so I was like, "Nah, I'm returning this." I was totally shocked when I went to the store to get a refund, and they were all "sorry, can't take it back 'cause it's been opened." Even though I tried to give them proof and filled out a form, they still didn't bother to acknowledge my request. I'm bummed about how this situation has been handled, and I wanna either complain about the employee or have the choice to exchange or return the product. It's super important for retailers to make sure customers are happy and give them fair solutions when they have legit concerns. I hope Capacity Watsons will get on this and make things right.
