Watsons Online Order Refund Issue
On June 29th, I placed an order with Watsons Online under order number 0076624163, and I've been trying to find a solution ever since. Kargom, the delivery company, failed to deliver the package to my door and, despite my request to leave it with the security, returned it to Watsons. When I asked Watsons to re-ship my returned items, despite multiple phone calls, they couldn't even process the shipment. I've been contacting Watsons customer service nonstop, but they don't seem to be able to provide a satisfactory solution. It's truly confusing how they can't resolve such a simple problem. To make matters worse, I bought these items on sale, and they now claim they are out of stock. I'm curious how they intend to handle this situation. My patience is wearing thin, and I expect Watsons to accept responsibility and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
