The answer is always that it will be shipped within 7 days, but it is impossible to reach customer service. The order I placed at Watsons on November 4th is still in the preparation stage. They keep giving the same response that it will be delivered within 10 business days, but they never approach the situation with a solution-oriented attitude. Although the process was very annoying, at least 2 staff members contacted me after my complaint on the platform. They exhibited a polite approach, which was important to me. I thank the friends who were involved, and my shipment has also arrived.
