I purchased Morfose Milk Therapy Dual-Phase Hair Milk (240 ml) from Watsons online, a product I’ve used and loved for years. However, this time, the product smelled rotten instead of its usual milk scent. After applying it to my hair yesterday, my scalp started burning.

I reported the issue to Watsons, but their response was dismissive, claiming that "product satisfaction varies from person to person," as if this was just a matter of preference. This is not about liking or disliking the product—it’s clearly defective. I asked them to take the product back for inspection, but nothing was done.
