Watsons Campaign Points Not Credited After Eligible Purchase


I ordered Watsons' monthly surprise box this September, but it's already October, and my order still hasn't been shipped. At this rate, I'm afraid they won't deliver it until 2024. Such a disappointing delay and sluggish shipping in this day and age is truly disheartening. I'm disappointed that I won't be shopping at Watsons anymore. Furthermore, to my dismay, despite my efforts to remain loyal and collect points, my points were inexplicably reset last Thursday. I'm disappointed that they seem to be intentionally neglecting to update my in-store purchases on the app. I am disappointed to say that the level of service is steadily declining.
