Stuck Package From Wander Prints , No Customer Service, $60 Down the Drain

this online store totally messed up my day! I ordered this awesome present for someone special (it cost me like $60!), got the tracking number. It never changed, just said it was stuck in China forever. Stayed the same for days now. Of course the package never even showed up! tried contacting customer service a bunch of times to figure things out, no reply, no explanation. I can’t cound how many times I tried to reach them, it was going to be so good. it was supposed to be something special. This whole experience was such a headache that I'm actually writing a review, which I never normally do, might even have to fight the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. online shopping can be such a gamble sometimes!
