Wahl Clip Has Low Motor Speed and Fails to Cut Properly

I purchased a Wahl Clip hair clipper through Trendyol with a warranty. However, I have been unable to use the product properly since the very first day because the motor speed is far too low and the clipper does not cut hair effectively. It simply does not have the performance of the older versions of the same model.

I am a professional barber, and I already have three other clippers of the same model that I have been using without any problems for years. The difference in performance between those machines and this new one is extremely obvious. Despite this, I have repeatedly been told that there is nothing wrong with the product.

I personally took the clipper to the authorized service center and explained the problem in detail. I was told that they would test the machine, and they accepted it for inspection. Three days later, the product was sent back to me without any repair or other action being taken. I was simply told that the machine was “normal.” However, the same problem remained exactly as before.

As a professional barber, this issue is affecting me both in terms of the quality of my work and the time I have to spend on each haircut. Since the product has been defective from the very first day and the authorized service center failed to resolve the problem, I request that my Wahl Clip hair clipper be recognized as defective under the warranty and replaced with a brand-new unit.
