Wahl Trimmer Fails to Cut Properly Even After Maintenance

I purchased a Wahl trimmer, paying a premium price because I trusted the brand's reputation for quality. However, from the very first use, the trimmer failed to perform as expected. It couldn’t cut my beard properly, even after passing over the same area 4-5 times. I followed all maintenance instructions, including oiling the blades, but the issue persisted during the next use as well.

This trimmer has been a complete disappointment, and I no longer want to use it. I cannot recommend Wahl products to anyone after this experience. I expected much better from such a well-known brand. I urge Wahl to address this issue and offer a solution promptly.
